Only the best would know....PLEASE help!!!

I have recently formatted my cpu and lost most of my passwords to all my sites.
I had all my passwords saved on passcards, I used roboform and never needed to remember them. I have tried using virtuallab to recover them and did find them but everytime I go to open them it says "wrong file format", and I put them in the same folder as the other passcards. Im lost 100%!

I dont know if my recovery program didnt recover all parts of the file... or is there another way to fix this issue. Im in need of some desperate help because I have many sites I cant get into and a little relieved that this is only password I remember... probaly because all the rest of my sites I used a 10 digit password generated one....there aint no cracking it.
