Ooni Probe Helps You Determine If Your Isp Is Censuring Your Internet

Hello everyone. So, I recently noticed that, despite the fact that I subscribe to the fastest internet speed available in my area, which happens to be AT&T Fiber with a 1000 Mbps connection, my download speeds when downloading files from the internet is pathetic in many cases. Speed tests didn't reveal any issue with my internet speeds, so I do some research and learn about the concept of Internet Traffic Shaping (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Traffic_shaping). Long story short, this is when your ISP throttles your internet speeds for specific applications rather than throttling your overall connection. ISPs can even create specific exceptions to all traffic to and from internet speed testing services to take place unthrottled, which allows them to obfuscate the fact that they are throttling your traffic. So, I was looking for tools online that would allow me to determine if my ISP was doing this, but many of the tools which did this are now obsolete, non-functional, and/or no longer exist.
While that does not necessarily address the what I am trying to test for, I figure that it couldn't hurt to give it a shot, since ISPs are about as trustworthy as the devil himself, so it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if they were censuring my internet traffic in some way.
