open gl 1.3

    i have just purchased a new 7800gt graphics card which came with cronnicles of riddick but when i go to play the game i am told that i dont have open gl 1.3 ,,,how can this be the drivers im using came with the card that came with the game, even updating to the latest driver from the website wont fix , i did search for the topic but had no luck ,,, please help

    I have a Geforce 6600GT and i'm having the same problem. Can someone help please?

    I had the same problem, when i upgraded from my 6600GT to 7800GT :)
    I think that the problem were in the chipset drivers (nvidia chipset@A8N-SLI Deluxe)

    I reinstalled windows and installed the chpiset drivers etc. and the 81.85 driver from nvidia... and bingo, it all worked... ;)

    btw. make sure that your bios is updated (Performance boost & No errors)

    Try running in D3D mode and not OpenGL...
