"open in new window" command

    I'm not to sure what is wrong with my internet, im using windows 98 and when i click on a link it opens another window in IE but the page doesnt come up. its like it freezes or something. I haven't had this problem before only recently.

    have you tried using other internet programs such as aim? can you get online?

    If everything is working except internet explorer, try using another browser such as Mozilla's Fire Fox.

    I can go into my favorites and others I have saved which I go through msn messenger to my mail to get to it..but when I try to open Yahoo messenger or even my home page it freezes up on me...I have spy sweeper and norton cant find a problem...please help
