Open Office - MS Publisher?

What is the MS Publisher counterpart in Open Office? Or, where do I get it?

OK, I open Draw and select the pic to open; I get a window with a number of filters from which to select one. I have tried several of these filters only to get a window entitled "OpenOffice.org 3.2" In the window is this message, "General error. General input/output error."

What do I do now?

Yes, it is a bit more like publisher for page layouts. Draw is more like Corel Draw.
