Open Office Printing Problem

Hi all,

I am trying to print the following document that i have made but it will only print the blue text (in black) and the out line of the key box, I checked the print preview and it shows that it would print all the document as expected I tried copy and pasting it into Open office Writer and it still printed the same as before. Any ideas on what is wrong please.

It would be helpful to know what operating system you are using and what make and model printer you have as well as what version Open Office you are using.

Couple things you might check.
Have you checked the font color to make sure it is not set to Black or Greyscale?
You might want to check to see if your printer driver is the most recent.
Try running troubleshooter on the printer. Sometimes they get out of line.

 

Another thing, you did not say if printing document was the only thing that did not print in color. Have you tried printing something else?
