Open Watcom 2.0 X64 Error Starting Setup File

Hi! I recently downloaded and tried to install Open Watcom 2.0 x64 and got an error message stating that I might not have the access privileges to access the program. I have an x64 machine and an Administrator account. I tried it in Administrator mode and get the same error. I have Avast which is probably interfering with the program's operation. What can be causing the error?

I know that you have an administrator-level account, but sometimes Windows isn't very bright. Try right-clicking on the installer and selecting "Run as administrator".

 

I re-downloaded the file, and it worked! Thank you.
