OpenGL 1.5 needed download

I just installed a new video card that states it has as a key feature "OpenGL 1.5 Optimizations and Support"... I used the provided disk to install drivers and then updated the drivers from the manufacturer's site.

I had previously install a game that requires OpenGL 1.3 or higher.
When I try to run the game it fails stating that it requires graphics driver support for 1.3 or higher. It then gives me a Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error: Runtime Error! Program:...blah\blah\blah\System\Win32_x86_SSE\SbzEngine.exe

SbzEngine being part/the producers of the game.

I this likely a driver issue? If so where can I get OpenGL 1.5? I looked for myself, but I don't know what I am looking at since none of the ones I looked say OPENGL 1.5!!! Download HERE! They all say a bunch of other confusing stuff.

If I have to reinstall the game, no big deal... but how do I make sure I have OpenGL 1.5 so I know where to direct my ire? lol
