    Hi,

I have been searching all over the internet for an answer to this question for the past almost week, but I have not been able to find anything at all.

I'm hoping someone can shed some light on this for me:

I had purchased and installed DRPU PC Data Management. I have been very happy with it. My issue now is that I need to go back and be able to pull up the data from about six or seven months ago.

I believe all the files are located here: H:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\PCA Files

In the PCA Files folder, there are several other folders, of which one of them is my name (the computer user). In that folder, there are literally hundreds of folders that their names are similar to this: "Backup_1_2_2012_16_24_6". In each of those folders, there are my .DAT files. The .DAT files are named "Screenshots", "clipboard", "Tempfiles", "Keys", etc....

I have tried to open any of those .DAT files with various programs like Notepad, Chrome, Wordpad, etc... and all I get is a whole bunch of letters and numbers that make no sense at all. I'm specifically concerned with the Key Logs, which I believe are in the "Keys" .DAT file. But again, when I try to open it, I get something like this:

    z9QS4pH/KWc=
    rMn/satcOCkWOsVYkyYDUntSQlnK7Yuq
    im9G5CNlLHpERQF5j5Kas4lW0tvxlK1x
    oHXCz562UnDHiu8DDEmyJnL3wuN57XyrNc4wXcZXRC8r47rzveGGTkWw89VB/aNV
    cguzrSVPywyhCFpd06HtqBHtqberIgOT
    ckSQ2wDmvDU=
    VIPT8i3t2VM=
    UY/7k8nqz20=
    DMB1f1MFAtw=

What do you make of it? Is there a specific software that I have to use to be able to see those?

In DRPU PC Data Manager software, I do go the reports section and plug in the date that I need and click on view backup, but it shows absolutely nothing.

I'm sorry for this extremely long post, but I desperately need some help. If anyone can suggest anything that could help, I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks for your time and your help.

I have a folder located I believe that it may be in

    H:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\PCA Files\Images\201251414432.dat

the .DAT files are screen captures and I open them in XnView.

They can also be opened in windows media player but XnView allows you to browse and scroll through them all really easily.

    Hope that helps
