Optimazing A Lenovo Win 8.1 Tablet

Hello everyone.

I have a Lenovo Lynx k3011 Tablet / PC hybrid (its pretty much a pc but without a physical keyboard) with Windows 8.1. I just recently started using it and quite liking some stuff it has to offer for pc on the go.

However, it only has 2Gb RAM non upgradable. So, do you guys have any recomendations on what to remove, trim and disable to have an efficient PC? I have uninstalled some bloatware but still have some issues when web browising.

I mostly use Chrome on the desktop and usually get a message that I'm running out of memory; I assume its because of the ads on the websites, but even youtube seems to saturate the device.

Also, is thare a way (and is it sound) to install windows 8.1 apps that are no longer on the Windows Store? Just like installing .apk files on android since some apps are removed due to licesing or similar.
