" OR KUT is banned Don't try to open it since it is restricted -SAM-" How to overcom

Please suggest solution, That how (1) eliminate the Virus

I am in a serious problem. My problem is some complex and so I am writing it in the steps, as follow:

(1) Yesterday when I brought up the broadband internet first time, My PC was attacked by a serious virus.
(2) Some symptoms of this virus are :
1. The Task manager shows up for 2-3 sec and then the message comes "—SORRY— –SAM–".
2.When I try to access orkut then the message "Orkut is banned, don't try to open it since it is restricted!!!" is displayed.
3. I cannot search anything related to the virus as the message "Obscene sites banned" or something like that is displayed.

(3) I search the internet for possible solution and found that this virus disables an anty virus software also. I checked this statement and run the deep scan of 'Bit Defender' and found that the BD is not showing any virus. So, I believed that this is being disabled by the virus.

I observed also in registry editor that a folder has been created of name SAM in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE:cry,
When I tried to delete this I just could not delete - I got the message 'Access is denied'
Please help, this is serious problem.

Please try to go through the procedures in the READ & RUN ME FIRST and see what is possible. If you can't download something directly, then go to a different computer and put the download onto a cd or flash drive and transfer it. Keep working through the instructions. If you can't do something, continue on until you've completed everything you can do. Then report to us. Attach the logs you get from the different scans using the Manage Attachments button (below the reply button here). One of us will look at your logs to see how best to help you. You'll probably get some relief as you work through these procedures.
