Ordered Tv To Use As Monitor, But No Way To Test The 4k

I ordered a TV (the Samsung 43 Inch 4K Smart TV UN43MU6300) that I plan to use as a monitor later (as in a few months). If you were unaware, a lot of TVs arrive with issues out of the box. I'd say especially the 40+ inch ones. All that I have right now to test it are 2 computers with lower end graphics (no dedicated graphics card even). I suppose I could order a set top box from Verizon Fios (fiber optic phone, TV, and internet provider in my area) but I don't know if that would be any help in creating a more "extensive" test, as I don't have any premium services or channels).

In a few months, I might get a video card that supports 4k through HDMI 2.0 @ 60 Hz as someone told me that that's what's needed to use the full capabilities of the TV. I am not a gamer, I just like a lot of "real estate" so perhaps I could live with something lower end. Reason for the bigger monitor is so that I can multitask, sometimes watch YouTube videos while doing other stuff, and sometimes sitting far from or possibly lying down nearby to the computer. I might also need a power supply (have a 300W supply right now).

Here is the computer that I plan to put the graphics card in and hook up to the TV:
    HP Pavilion 500-336 Desktop PC
    Memphis-S motherboard
    1 PCI Express x16 (Gen 3.0)
I upgraded the computer to 8 GB ram DDR3
I just have the integrated graphics
    300W power supply

Will I probably be ok testing with my limited capabilities right now? Or do I need to find a way to test the "limits" more?

    Well there are many options.
Want to test 4k content? The best way is to download any 4k clip and play it on your monitor.
Well other interesting way can be - Netflix.
There is heck lot of interesting tv series like House of Cards available in 4k resolution on Netflix.
    You can check full list.

If you're going to add a graphics card, you may have to upgrade your power supply as well. Depends on the card you choose.
