Is there a way, in Outlook 2000, when you create folders within INbox, to organise them *not* alphabetically, but rather, how you want them, order them as you wish?
I can come up with one way; put a number in front of the folder name, but I'm sure there's a better way to do it.

Does outlook 2000 have the 'favorites' section ?

In 2003 I just put the ones I need in the favorites part and you can arrange them in any order there.

Good call, there, Matt. Outlook 2000 doesn't have the favourites, but it DOES have Outlook Bar, which is similar, and can be organised in this manner.

But... office 2000 is still rubbish.

Its not that bad lol, just office 2003 added a lot of nice new features.

In a way, I'm quite lucky - being in the IT team, I get the cool stuff - a top of the range laptop, Office 2003, etc :)
    I may even install Vista!
