OS backward compatibility on the IE improvments in XP SP2

    This may be a simple one word answer, but I'm going to ask to see if this is in the works.....

    I know in the Windows XP SP2 fixes were also IE Version 6 improvements. Would these improvements be available to IE Version 6 on other windows OS like Win2000, or are these exclusive to Windows XP and forward?
