OS Problems

I have a HD that has 2 OS's installed -

1st is (sad to say) Windows Me
2nd is Windows 2003 Server

Everything has been running great until yesterday:

When I boot into 03 server I get to the log in page then I here a click and my computer roboots. I can boot into Win ME but not server 03.

Im planning to re-install but wanted to see if anyone new hoe to fix?

when u first installed them did you install 03 server first?

 

no.
I believe Me was installed 1st.
Insteed of upgrading I messed up and did a new install on a different patition.

 

i think your suppose to install the newer os first and then the older ones. wouldnt hurt to try it.

 

I'll do that when I re-install... It could use a good format while Im at it.

I've always heard and read that you're supposed to install the older OS first.

 

The Oldest OS is always Installed First!

As for your problem?
You said all was working great till yesterday, that tell's me something happened.
Have you tryed advanced startup options, maybe safe mode?
