I keep getting hit by a backdoor-dle that has a name that starts with "ossom" and the last part of the name changes everytime it tries to get in. It hits every 5 minutes and 4 seconds. I have tried disconnecting from the internet and I still get hit which I think it means that there is a file somewhere on my computer but I don't know where to look. It always says that it is in the temp folder but my McAfee protection always deletes it but comes back as something else. Please help me find where the problem is and help me destroy it.

    Hi darthjaider,
    Welcome to Major Geeks!

As much as we love our security software, sometimes it prevents changes ... and this includes for malware entries. Please go through the instructions in the READ & RUN ME FIRST and attach the requested logs so we can check them. If you have Spybot S&D installed and Teatimer is enabled, you will have to disable it. There are instructions for this in the READ & RUN ME.
