I've had back problems for years, and extreme back pains in the morning for the past couple of months. The Guy's back is in worse shape than mine am. So we decided that since we were going to borrow an obscene amount of money and buy a house anyway, we may as well add a little extra to the loan, and buy a new bed.

They delivered it today. I may have to call in sick tomorrow, so I can stay in the new bed and just... rest. And rest. :)

Awesome Mims! :) We have one of those. Looks like they've upgraded in the last few years. You'll love it.

    Congrats!

I hope you sleep better than the one we had in the Embassy Suites in Fresno. I adjusted the stupid bed 80 times a night (ok, exaggerated, it was only 53 times) and still wished for a real bed.

So the warranty actually is as good as they claim? Nice!

Good thing I kept track of that order confirmation email... better go register the bed right away, so I can get the warranty then. The order process and delivery was impressively painless, so so far, I am very happy I ordered straight from the manufacturer.

So how was your first night in it?

There's some aspects of it that need getting used to. :-D

    There is no bouncing!!! :eek

But when I woke up this morning, my back wasn't hurting. I can't remember the last time that happened. Probably just before I turned 14... so I love the new bed. I can get used to anything from it now, because my back feels so much better. I only had to take one Ibuprofen, once, to dull the pain during the day. That hasn't happened since I turned 14 either.

I don't care what drawbacks this bed has, the complete lack of pain this morning makes up for anything.

bwahahahaha...you figured that out, did ya? :-D

Yep, I got it for my back too. Its worked great for me. Sounds like yours is worse than mine's ever been, though.

Next thing you have to get for your back is a hot tub. That's done wonders for me too. :)

I have to turn the right knob on my new tub to get hot water, but it does have jets built in. They hit my sore spots at just the right angle... :)

We've been taking turns in the tub, for heat and massage. I dread our next power bill, but at the same time, I paid the chiropractor a fortune, and it still didn't help...

I injured a few important muscles in my back, and I was too young and stupid to have the patience to help them heal right. Words cannot describe how much I regret that now.

The cost is the only obvious one I knew of :-D

That's why we put it on the mortgage... we'll pay a whole $5 extra per month for the bed! :-D

My back has been killing me lately. Maybe I should buy a new bed or a hot tub instead of all the computer stuff! :-D
