Outerinfo Problems

    I have never actually genuinly hated an adware company until now. Outerinfo can kiss my ***.

    I have tried everything in the "READ ME FIRST" thread, but all in vain. Ran Counterspy, CCleaner, Adaware (not in read me), Spybot Search and destroy, all while in safe mode. Rebooted in normal mode and pop ups and ads return.

    Below are the specs:

    WINDOWS XP PRO SP2
    PENTIUM 4 3.0 GHZ
    504MB OF RAM AT 2.99GHZ
    80GIG HARD DRIVE
    SYSTEM IS RUNNING MS ACTIVE DIRECTORY AND IS PART OF A DOMAIN.

    I have attached the Hijacknow txt file. I will attach the other logs in the next post.

    Thanks for all of your time and effort. Hope you can solve this or I am nuking the harddrive LoL.

    Please attach all the logs that are requested in the guide, they are the best way to fully guage the malware that could be on your PC,


    • CounterSpy
    • AVG Antispyware log - ONLY IF NEEDED you were not able to run CounterSpy
    • Bitdefender - from step 6
    • Panda Scan - from step 6
    • newfiles.txt - the log from ShowNew.bat


    Is this the domain your on?
    O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\Parameters: Domain = AGM.local

    Yes that is the correct domain.

    Appologies for the missing files. They are attached here. I must have been in a hurry. This is a hectic time of year for the company.
