   I was reading the malware removal guide and I came to the Preliminary House Cleaning & Setup part. I found a file named Outerinfo
   
   I tried deleting the file and it wouldn't let me. I/m using Mcaffe Security Center so I blocked off the internet access of the file. Since i have outerinfo on my PC does this mean I have a virus. Should i keep on following the malware guide?
