anyone know how to automatically forward emails being sent to one exchange email address to another exchange email address? i need the emails that are sent to someones email address who is not working here anymore automatically forwarded to my email address.

Hi Steve

Dunno myself and sadly had or lucky for me had early finish today, but was earlier with network guy in work who was on my PC sorting out an email issue, so could have asked him!!

Cool, cheers for posting the fix as I know some day I will have to do this in work myself with a global email addy.

no problem. fyi though, i made the rule on the outlook account that the email was being forwarded from. you can then specify where to forward it to.
