Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2003 help

Hey there,

I am tasked with transfering Outlook 2000 from a win 98 p.c, there is only a single user required from some several accounts on the one machine in Outlook 2000, and then transfering placing the .pst files etc.. info on a Outlook 2003 XP O.S p.c

Can some one advise if there is an offical microsoft way of doing this? I just tried some info I found online and managed to turn the existing 2003 (temporay account) into toast :cry.. glad i had backed up the folder.

Task:
I need to transfer all user mail and address book calander etc - basically the whole profile(s)? and relevant associated folders from a 98 box with Outlook 2000 to a different p.c with XP pro O.S and Outlook 2003

Are you the one to offer info or solve this for me, I understand that just copying and pasting from 2000 to 2003 doesnt actually convert the older 2000 pst to get past the 2GB cap, where as the pst in 2003 is 20GB - so info on how to convert this would be of great assistance also.
