   Wild Style Private E-2

   have a issue where outlook will only output in caps. So the user doesn't have cap lock on and the font is ariel and its ariel normal so not sure what he did. Any one encounter this before?

   Most likely MS Word is the editor. Open up MS Word, from the pull down menu go to Format > Font, remove the checkmark under all caps and press the default tab. This should reset yout Outlook and MS Word.
