Outlook 2007 Rules

    Just been struggling with Outlook 2007 to set it up to exclude certain
    emails.

    In the (good) old days I would set a rule which read

    'If message is for fred@myemail.com do not download from server'

    (note the for not from)

    I need to configure the stupid new rules wizard to do this but figure a way.

    Any ideas please?
