    Hi All,

I am running Windows 7 and Outlook 2010 and for about 3 days now I have outlook not resonding but it seems to be when I highhlight onto a message from paypal saying I have received a payment from a buyer on ebay. Takes around a minute or so to get back to normal. This is a real pain and I don't know whats happening. Before it drives me mad does anyone have any ideas ?
I have installed Outlook 2010 sp1 by the way an dthat hasn't helped it.
    Thanks
    Gary

    Couple of questions

How long has Outlook been your mail client?

Is your Windows 32 BIT or 64 BIT

Is Outlook the same bit version as your OS?

    Dear Pumasoccer,

I have been using outlook for a couple of years now, was on outlook 2003 then got a new laptop with windows 7 on (ver 6.1, build 7601 sp1), it is 64 bit. I installed Office Pro Plus with Outlook 2010 about a month ago and everything worked fine until 3 days ago, then just started hanging when clicking on paypal payment messages. My office suite is the 32 bit because internet advisors said very few people need the 64 bit capability. Office 32 bit should work no problem on windows 32 or 64 bit according to articles.

Have you tried to repair outlook through add and remove programs?

Omniture and eBay (eBay handles PayPal technical support issues). It appears the issue is caused by either a bad cookie format or the address of the tracking server.
Hopefully there will be a resolution to this issue soon.

I own Outlook 2010 and 95% of the time when I advance from one email to the next it locks up with "Not Responding" for about 30 - 60 seconds, depending on the email and whether it has an attachment. Any ideas on how to fix this?
