Outlook 2016

    And once again, Outlook 2016 will not complete send/receive tasks and gives me error message wanting password.
    I have on some 5 different occasions manually provided the password. I have changed passwords, delete Outlook 16 and reload it. Often times I have waited it out, and done nothing. Eventually the anomaly corrects, although there is no constant time frame.
    I am frustrated no end. Is there a glitch in the MS program? Something has to be causing this chronic problem.
