Outlook 2K

    Greetings my Tech friends...
    Here's my problem outlook 2k does not want to shut down on xp pro
    have all the latest patchs and updates for office and xp..this is a new install as well. Does anyone have an idea??

    Do you have any anti spam apps running if so which ones?



    hitting CTRL-ALT-DEL and end task on Outlook... closes the program?

    no anti spam apps running....this is a new system having to use ctl-alt-del is a little to much....there must be a better way.

    Ah ok new system.. has this been happening since you got the PC?

    or after you installed anything new? ( Winfax Pro? )
    any error messages or will the Outlook page just not close?

    also it maybe worth running "detect and Repair" incase its a bad install/corrupt file.

    Have not tried that yet...this now is happening on 2 pc's..
    just to ask if it does happen what would you suggest??
    and if it doesnt happen what would you suggest?
