outlook .dll issue and how to synchronize

Every time I start outlook I get these messages:

"The add-in "c:\progra~1\mcafee.com\vso\outscan.dll" could not be installed or loaded. This problem may be resolved by using Detect and Repair on the Help menu. Unable to load "c:\progra~1\mcafee.com\vso\outscan.dll". You may be out of memory, out of system resources, or missing a .dll file."

"The add-in "C:\Program Files\Network Associates\VirusScan\scanemal.dll" could not be installed or loaded. This problem may be resolved by using Detect and Repair on the Help menu. Unable to load "C:\Program Files\Network Associates\Viru...". You may be out of memory, out of system resources, or missing a .dll file."

I wasn't doing anything to the computer at the time when they started up. It doesn't seem to be effecting anything. But I don't use outlook for emails. And I have trend micro as my antivirus. I use to have mcafee but I didn't switch over around the time this problem came up. Though I can't remember if this started before or after I switched. I have tried the detect and repair button but it doesn't help. Do I have to reinstall it? And if I do does that erase all the information I have in outlook?

Also, how do I link my other accounts into outlook, like yahoo? I have outlook 2002. I think I'm messing up the server URL. I put in mail.yahoo.com. Is that correct?

I didn't realize that mcafee was so stubborn to get rid of. But the warnings still didn't go away after I ran the program.
