outlook express 6 + error 0x800CCC69 +more

    HI. Can anyone help. Am running windows 98 and recently I cannot send any emails at all to anyone from outlook express. I get the following message:
    "an unknown error has occurred. server response: 550 error. spamming [0004]
    port 25 secure [SSL]. No, server error 550, error number 0x800CCC69. I have tried everything, including setting up another account. Nothing seems to work. I recently uninstalled norton (drives me mad) and wondered if that had anything to do with it. Has anybody any ideas?
