   On my Dell Inspiron laptop w/XP----Outlook Express had been working just as it does on my desktop for over one year but just last week I find that I can download new messages with ONLY the title and not the message--and I can't compose messages as I get a 'still downloading messages' message---
   
   I've tried reinstalling OE 6 and no difference---weird?? Virus??
