Outlook Express Equivalent for Win 7/8

My Dad (80 Years old) recently got a Windows 8 Laptop and he missed Outlook Express so much along with other older family members that I started on a quest to find something easy and free for limited budget older folks to use like Outlook Express but on Windows 7 or 8.

Initially I put Mozilla Thunderbird on but he said that was also too difficult:confused. I then found OperaMail

The reviews said "Too Basic, Not enough features" Damn, just what I wanted for the Old Man and his brothers :-D. Fantastic. Just thought I would share that. Because Microsoft Live Mail, Outlook 2013, etc sucks for Older folks. Why Microsoft can't cater for our older folks I don't know.
