   For no apparent reason when I click on Outlook Express I get the following message "Outlook Express could not be started because MSOE.DLL could not be loaded". I have OE 6 sp1 installed on Windows ME. Ran all my cleanup and anti-vir but no change. I even tried going back to IE 5 but no joy. Any ideas?
