Outlook Express

I am on a multi user computer with two admin accounts> HOW DO I SETUP UP MY EMAIL ACCOUNT FOR OUTLOOK EXPRESS SO NO OTHER USER ON THE COMPUTER CAN READ OR ACCESS MY EMAIL ACCOUNT IN OUTLOOK EXPRESS?

 

It Still Saves Emails < Anyone Can Access!

First, to keep anyone from accessing your email account through Outlook Express, click Tools>Accounts
Hi light the account and select Properties
On the Server tab UNCHECK Remember my password and each time you check your mail you will have to enter your password. If they don't know your password they will not be able to access your mail.

After you have retrieved your mail and read it you can save each message and put it in a folder you create in, say, My Documents, then password protect the folder. No-one but you can open the folder. Your messages are safe.
Don't forget to delete them from Outlook Express.
It's a bit of a hassle having to type your password to retrieve your mail, but you'll have it your way.....PRIVATE and PROTECTED.
