outlook express

Each time I use my outlook express i get a message that it has encountered a problem and needs to shut down. any ideas?

now while reading email it popped up the ding.exe had encountered a problem and needed to close....earlies it was the OE error again.
None of this had ever happened before today....earlier it said he same about CTF Loader.
I don't know alot about computers so I need simple help.
I have a dell 4500 and run windows XP.

Maybe clean out your folders, organize your Inbox and Sent box might be exceeding the limits of OE and therefore getting errors.

Mail should be organized by category, have its own folder. Sent is either moved or deleted monthly. Inbox after taken care of, moved to the folder it belongs in, if needed. Delete is your friend when it comes to mail, if not important delete it.

Step by step instructions to create New folders in link below. Do not make them sub folders. See Organize E-Mail in Folders, also create rules to control your mail.

That said, consider updating you mail program.
