Outlook - Links in emails will not work

Running Win XP SP3 Outlook 2003.

url links in received emails when clicked bring up the error message in the attached image. Says I can't open the link. I don't remember changing any security setting. This is happening in my profile which is not the administrator profile. I checked through the email setting and don't find anything that would prohibit this.

Any ideas.

Firefox is my default and has been for several years. I have IE7 on the computer for those occasional times, but this issue just started a week ago, so it is not IE7 that is the problem. What other ideas do you have?

 

Something I've seen a lot of recently, as quite a few smaller ISPs have been gobbled up by the big boys.

The new owener (Tiscali ..Orange..) have changed or discontinued either the pop or smtp server (or both) without the customer realising.

So check with your ISP
