Outlook not updating message count

Hi, my customer uses her blackberry to access her business messages at home from her office pc with outlook. She claims the office pc with outlook is not updating her message count after shes read and deleted messages from both her blackberry AND when shes at the office desktop. Is there a setting in outlook that needs to be reset or changed? help appreciated!
