Outlook problem

I also have a question about how to get my additional email accounts to work in outlook express. I have sympatico and have one other computer on a router and neither of our accounts are able to send emails from outlook express. Any suggestions?

 

What OS? What is sympatico? You can receive email, but not send?

 

I have Bell sympatico as my ISP, and yup, people can send email to me but i can't reply, i know it sounds weird, we have two computers in the house athat are hooked up to a router and i was told that i need to change the MTU settings in the router but when i go to do that i can't find the MTU settings on the router page. Does anyone know about airlink routers? Both my roommate and I use Windows XP

 

Have you disconected one of the pcs from the router and directly connected and tried to send mail? Need to rule out if it is outlook or router issue.
