Well after months of trying to setup an auto-generating e-mail signature in VBS, and that draws data from Ative Directory, I have finally given up. I am no programmer and despite it being 90% fully functional, 10% percent errors means it is a no go.

So what I'm looking for are suggestions from anyone here that uses a program that can generate an Outlook email signature for all of our users and that can pull data like Name, Phone, Email, Address, etc, from Active Directory. I tried the trail of Exclaimer Signature Creator and it's not too bad, except its a little above what I can spend and there are a couple of quirks I don't like.

    Any suggestions?

Include a vCard with your e-mail signatureI think what you want to do is include a vCard with your email...this will include contact information, and signature from the contact list.

    1. On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Mail Format tab.
    2. Click Create Signature.
    3. Click New.
    4. Select the options you want, and then click Next.
    5. Under vCard options, select a vCard from the list or click New vCard from Contact.

I did think about vCards initially. Unfortunately as far as I could tell I would have to setup the vCard format for each user. I could be wrong though.
