Outlook will not connect.

    When out look is on many of the client computers it states that Oulook failed to connect and sites this error number: 0x800411d. There have been no changes to our Exchange Server. This problem has not yet effected everybody but many client computers have been unable to connect. There have been no hardware or software changes on the server. Any thoughts?

    Hi

    Even with this error being listed, is the actual email if sent or recieved actually being sent or recieved? as this error can crop up as a result of slow server connection and the email is being attempted again and again.

    Likely you have already tried this but have you used Exchanges Message Tracking to double check to confim Exchange things the email has been delivered?

    Check in Event Logs if any Application or System errors relate to Exchaneg around these times?

    PCs confirmed free of malware?

    Also check that the Exchaneg Servers database structure is ok, corrupt one can through out that error.
