Everytime I run a program my system shuts down because of an overcloking failure. I have never adjusted any settings, I don't even game. I have no idea as to what the settings should be or how to adjust them. Please help this is getting annoying lol

Shelby your Question is a little vague.

    More info is needed
Post system specs & more details of your problem

If your not OCing how can you have a OCing failure, is this some sort of message on your pc screen?

    Details man, Details!

That's woman to you :p . Anyhow....Let me start out by telling you a story...I had a NVIDIA graphocs card switched to and ASUS 9250. Ever since then if i run ...say an antivirus, my system shuts down about 5 minutes after it starts. I turn on the puter, no post I try again same thing...If I wait about a minute it boots i get an overclocking failure then the whole F1, F2 comes up i always click F2 for default values.

Your Processor temp is 87C in the second report and way to hot. Try cleaning case and fans for starters and make sure all the fans are running especially fan on Processor. Be careful when cleaning that you do not knock anything loose or disturb any jumpers that may be on the board.

Generally anything over 60c is considered hot. Usually try to keep below 50c. With the side panel off be sure plug for processor fan is connected to board turn comp on and be sure fan on processor is running maybe you knocked the plug loose when you changed cards

Off hand the only program I can think of is Everest but it does not truly monitor but will tell you what the temps are currently, also Sisoft Sandra will tell you the temps. Both can be downloaded from this site under the system info or all-in-one catagories. ASUS also has a program called AI Booster but I do not know if you can use with your board. Not sure if it can be downloaded from their site either. I have an ASUS board and it was part of the software package. This program does monitor temps. Can try ASUS website to see if it is available for download
