Ok, First heres my specs from CPU-Z:

    P4 (266). Northwood, ID 9
    Socket 478 mPGA, .13um, 1.472v
    f-f m-2 s-9 ef-f em-2 r-d1
    MMX,SSE,SSE2
    Intel Board: i845G-W83627HF
    Chipset-i845GE
    Southbridge-82801DB (ICH4)
    Winbond W83627HF
    Bios: Phoenix Technologies 6.00PG 03/25/2003
    AGP v2.0 4x
    (1g Kingsdton HX & ATI Sapphire 2600XT 512DDR3 WOOT!)

    The problem:

When overclocking 2.66 CPU from Bios, I can get well over 3G stable, BUT, my Realtek 5.1 Sound Driver dissapears at 2.88 up, and shows up as a PCI modem that doesnt work and I get no sound.

As I understand this might have to do with AGP PCI being unlocked, I have sliders but I cant find something that says AGP PCI lock.

Am I stuck at 2.88G with sound or Over 3G without or am I missing something? Please help!

In your BIOS you should ensure that your "PCI Clock Synchronization: 33MHz" and whether you have "PCI Express Frequency: 100MHz, you wont get any benefits from OC the PCI cards so lock them down otherwise you can damage or at least impair their functionality.
