p2p & XP problems

    Hello,

    I am runing XP with SP2 installed on my system. It seems to be preventing my 2p2 software, ares, from downloading. I have been told this is becuase SP2 security features limit the number of open ports to 10. Is there a utility out there that could open more ports for me, or is there a way I can do this manually? Hope this makes sense, I'm just learning this stuff as I go!
