P4 2.8E Ghz + Mobo (MSI Neo PLS2)

    Well i just purchased a new computer, and i got this cpu. And the fan is just too loud. My mother board came with a cpu fan controller software (MSI Neo-PLS2) and i flashed my BIOS and the program doesnt seem to work, so i reformated, and it still doesnt work. I was wondering if there was any software out there other than the one MSI supplied me with will control the fan speed of my cpu. Thanks.
