    my problem is ..
my CPU temp. are very HIGH !

my Motherboard temp. is 35-37 which is .. normal, I think ..
Ive got a Spire CoolWave III fan on my CPU ..
Ive got 2 generic fans in the back of the case takin air out ..
1 generic fan in front of the case takin air in .. and also Thermaltake Volcano +7 on the front takin air inside (it has 3 speed settings and has controller for them ...)
1 generic fan on the side of the case on the door, takin air in ...
and I think that my PSU has 2 fans ...

need to try removing your cpu cooler cleaning cooler AND top of cpu and get some arctic silver . if you hit anywhere from 45c to 65c at idle i'd hate to see it under load. mine only maxes out at 51c after a couple hours of gaming and idles at 34c to 37c and i'm running a 3.4 gig

First you have a presscott which runs very hot. If you installed this yourself, and you said you don't know how to apply thermal grease, that's probably another factor.

To apply thermal grease, clean with rubbing alcohol then apply only the amount equal to a grain of rice. Then reattach the heatsink and you're good. HERE are some tutorials on how to do it.

You also might consider getting a Thermalright 90c heatsink as that is the best one out there afaik, and you won't get any cooler than that, without water cooling.

can you send me a link to the heatsink you are talkin about ?
    and is it noisy ?

regardin the grease .. yeah .. I aint very good with that :(
I think I will take my PC to some1 who knows whats he doin' so he will do it :(
and I will try and get another fan\heatsink ..
