P4 Issue

    I noticed that my system wasn't running as well as it should, then i saw it..... During the next reboot, it was only showing my processor at 1.8ghz when it should be 2.4. So, I go into the cmas and notice that the frequentcy is set to 100mhz, so bumped them both up to 133.... Boom, it freezes and gives me an error about installed new hardware and conflict or something like that. It is an American Megatrends MB. Do you think a flast will resolve the issue?
