Packer.malware.crypter.a

Anyone have a solution to remove this Malware/Virus? I tried Windows defenter, norton, Mcafee, bit defender and a wholee bunch of others no luck. It seems that every program that I mentioned above found a different virus / malware that the other programs did'nt detect. Just when I think that my system has been cleaned and should be running fine no such luck. When i shut down my system and restart it ALL the viruses that my system had reappear. The Malware that seems to stay and cause the mayhem are as follows:

I'VE BEEN TRYING TO CLEAN MY SYSTEM FOR A WEEK NOW DAY AND NIGHT. I AM READY TO PUT UP THE WHITE FLAG AND RELOAD MY SYSTEM.......
