I did a search to see if anyone else had this problem, but being the computer illiterate that I am I don't understand any of the fixes that were suggested.

I have 2 computers (dell, compaq; I don't know anything other than that) and I'm not good at explaining things so bare with me.

Last year, around October, I started getting page errors when online. Called my ISP they told me it was a microsoft problem and that I would need to reinstall IE. Didn't know how to do that so I just let it go. Then I called them again a month ago to see if there was anything new that could be done and they suggested to install spybot. Didn't fix the problem, so they told me I had to do a system restore. Didn't know how, so talked to a few people and they told me to switch ISP's. Did that, no page errors on the dell anymore.

I just got the compaq this month (from my brother who has been using it for months with no problems) and now I get the error message.

I also have another compaq that was running windows 95 and didn't have any problems on my old ISP.

I have Spybot, Adaware, and Norton Anti-Virus, which I ran yesterday and deleted whatever came up.
