Pages Not Loading Fully

Brand new Notebook, and between my title, above, and screen-shots below, well, I believe it's self-explanatory ...

I'm having to click-on the "Click here if page does not redirect" links, or, the pages redirect, but don't fully load (using Chrome at the moment, but the same was occurring in IE(8).

I have never (that I recollect) had THIS issue...?

PS - There is no "button" to select; "Manage Attachments", as per usual...?? Now I'm REALLY baffled........ . . . . . . . .???

 

Please disregard for now...I believe it "may" be a "Script No" extension in Chrome...and that I mistaken mentioned IE here.
