paltalk

hello and thanks for reading this, not sure if i have posted it int he right place so am sorry!!
i have already been on paltalk help and they cannot fix the problem, i have done everything they have asked me.
this is what is happening, firstly there are adverts which is fine but the adverts do not appear on the bottom on the paltalk room.
(This program cannot display the webpage)( i cannot click on any of the links in the room for websites what people post, i used to be able to, i click the link and nothing happens, no page comes up nothing happens, its like i am clicking nothing), also cannot go to any profiles or even my own profile as when i click on the profile it does nothing, it seems like i am not clicking on anything.
hope i have explained this well, if not i am sorry. just lost at what to do.
i also sometimes when i click on my yahoo messenger, say this page cannot be shown please type in the right address, even though it still does take me to my emails!
