I have tried 3 times to do a scan at Panda this morning, and each time my Avast comes up with the following as it is downloading the active x

    http://acs.panda.com/activescan/as5free/motor.cab\pska

    Malware name: Win32.CTX
    Malware type: Virus/worm
    VPS version: 0605-0,01/29/2006

This seems to come up at just about 45-50% through the active x download. I went and scanned at: http://www.bitdefender.com/scan8/ie.html and I have no viruses on my machine, could Panda be infected? Is anyone else getting that result?

No! It is a false positive due to Avast detecting virus signatures in Panda Active scan. Just ignore it and continue (if possible).

Thanks chaslang, I'll try again after I disable Avast. Thanks again.

You're welcome! Are you having malware problems and is that why you are running these scans?
