Is Panda known to lock up a computer? I installed it on a laptop and desktop, both with XP Home. laptop went to the BSOD and was stuck, desktop would not let me click on users to log in, powered off and rebooted in safe mode and removed software. Any ideas?

Hi, I'm new. I've had the same problem with Panda.

On my older computer I downloaded Panda Titanium 5 (I think) and it totally messed up my AOL and I had to remove it.

On my loaner computer which had little in the way of programs and a 20GB HD, I installed Panda Platinum Internet Security 2006 and although it's working better on this computer than my other computer, it has been locking up and causing rebooting problems and God only knows what else! But it is capturing and cleaning viruses, malware, etc. So since I'm broke and UE, this is the best I can do until the bucks come in.

On my older computer, I had to remove it and reinstall AOL. It seems to damage AOL main index file.

That's all I can tell you. I hope someone else comes along and helps us out!

This is my first post! :)

Whoa! Over a month and no replies??? Does anyone use Panda? I downloaded Titanium to try on my current computer and it locked up and did strange things too, so I removed it.
